I just bought one of these for $99.00. The 2-stroke engine is great for casual use. Just run it out of gas and, when you need it again, put in a fresh gas/oil mixture and it starts right up. The 12V charging outlet (complete with included cord) is perfect for camping.

Pros: This generator is solid as a brick and keeps on going hour after hour. It gets nearly 10-11 hours at 80% duty on its 4 litre tank which is really nice. It is lightweight (21kg) and nearly maintenance free thanks to its 2-stroke design.
Cons: It is not acceptable for powering computers or delicate electronic devices unless you use a line conditioner or automatic voltage regulator with it. It "walks" on anything other than a really rough surface, so I use a cord to "tie it down" when using it. A bit noisy but hey ... it works.
Easy to use, easy to service, great for the fridge, tv, dvd player, computer, and a desk lamp during the power outages.
