Thawmometer Freezer Monitor

It’s Easy! The Thawmometer simply hangs from the wire shelves in your freezer or clips on the door shelf. It has a small “viewing window” that will stay clear if the freezer was not subjected to warm temperatures. It the freezer thaws, the “viewing window” will turn red and stay red even if it freezes again later. No batteries or cords needed, and it can be used over time and time again. The thawmometer can stay in your freezer all year long, this way it will always be monitoring!

Simply Freeze it upside down, before your vacation,so the red indicator strip is hidden and then turn right side up and hang from a shelf or door. The indicator mark will not fall back down as the frozen water inside blockes it. Now while away from home for extended periods of time if your freezer defrosts, the Thawmometer will also defrost and allow the red indicator strip to fall into the viewing window so when your power comes back on again and everything refreezes the red strip will still be viewable and indicate to you that your food may have spoiled due to long periods of not being cooled!
