	In-Dash DVD Navigation AV Receiver with 6.5"" Motorized Touch Screen, XM Satellite Radio Ready Pioneers AVIC-N2 further improves your driving experience with a multitude of advanced features. The unit keeps drivers better informed and entertained with detailed map information for wider area, intuitive touch panel operation, GUI with improved visibility, and CD and/or DVD playback. Additionally, the system is ready to deliver detailed traffic information for major cities in conjunction with the XM NavTraffic service and an optional XM Radio tuner. It's a three-in-one system - thanks to Memory Navigation The Pioneer AVIC-N2 does three jobs well at the same time - it gives the driver the guidance along the route, it lets the passengers up front listen to AM/FM or satellite radio, and it keeps the rear-seat passengers entertained with DVD movies, all simultaneously. Pioneer's Memory Navigation is an industry-first mapping technology that lets the driver access the features of both the navigation and A/V system at the same time. It's a snap to use Memory Navi. Load the map disc and set the destination to calculate the route. Then the route information is automatically stored in memory. Now you can remove the map disc to insert a CD, or load a movie DVD for rear-seat entertainment. Voice Command Pioneer has taken conventional voice command operations to a higher level. Not only is it advanced in the sense of recognizing different voices and commands, the AVIC-N2 has moved into new media areas entirely. In addition using Voice Command to control your navigation system, you can use it to change media sources, radio stations, and even adjust EQ levels. In fact, it seems the only thing your voice recognition system doesn't do is ignore you. To access Voice Command functions, the optional CD-VC1 Voice Command Pack is required. 10-Character Sub-Display Thanks to an illuminated sub-display, you're still able to operate AVIC-N2 when the 6.5-inch monitor is closed. The 10-character display provides basic system information and control without requiring full extension of the video monitor.

In-dash DVD navigation system: This all-in-one system handles all of your audio and video needs. It plays your DVD movies and music CDs, as well as offering vehicle navigation. It even displays your vehicle's performance information including acceleration, cornering, speed, and more on the motorized flip-out LCD.
Memory navigation: With a comprehensive database that includes over 12 million points of interest, you can get to your destination quickly and easily. Detailed maps help get you on your way and the built-in memory saves your data for easy access so you can remove the navigation disc and listen to CDs or the radio as you drive to your destination.
6.5" motorized screen: The built-in LCD slides out with the press of a button so you can adjust your system's settings or watch your favorite movies.*
Hide-away connection box: This stand-alone box features most of the inputs and outputs to let you connect additional screens, sources and more. It can be mounted under your front seat or in the trunk for easy access.
Tri-zone functionality: With this versatile system, you can use the navigation feature and play CDs in the front of the vehicle while your backseat passengers watch DVD movies on an external LCD screen mounted in the rear of the vehicle. Included A/V inputs and outputs make it easy to tie your whole system together.
Supertuner� IIID� digital tuner: Pull in your favorite radio stations and save them on the 18 FM/6 AM memory presets for easy access.
Satellite radio-ready: Built-in satellite radio controls let you connect a satellite radio tuner. You can listen to over 100 digital-quality music, news, sports and entertainment channels from coast-to-coast. You can even choose which service you want because it's compatible with both XM� and SIRIUS. Satellite radio requires a tuner and antenna, and a subscription to either XM� Radio or SIRIUS satellite radio.
XM NavTraffic� Ready: With the use of the GEX-P10XMT tuner (sold separately) and XM NavTraffic service (subscription sold separately), the navigation system will alert you to backups and traffic hazards along your route and find an alternate route so you can avoid delays. Requires the Pioneer GEX-P10XMT tuner a XM radio subscription and a XM NavTraffic� service subscription.
iPod� adapter-ready: Connect your iPod with the Pioneer CD-IB100 iPod adapter (sold separately). You can view album, artist and other information on the display. The adapter can even recharge your iPod's battery while it's connected.
Rear view camera capability: Keep an eye on objects behind on on the LCD screen when you connect the optional ND-BC1 rear view camera (sold separately).
Voice command capability: Connect the optional CD-VC1 voice command pack (sold separately) and you can safely control the navigation system, radio, EQ settings and more with voice commands without having to take your hands off the steering wheel.
