    The item description leaves a lot to be desired as to the purpose of this item. It is placed on the top of the front tire of your pickup and then you can reach the entire windshield to clean it or over the back tire to hook up the fifth wheel or remove something from the box of a 3500. I'm 6'2" and this is a great help and a good price.
