Replacement Policy
Every product we sell is guaranteed to work. Please note: product compatibility is your responsibility.
We will gladly replace any defective product with an identical product. Please! Make sure the product you are purchasing is compatible with your needs. If you are purchasing software, please make sure it will work with
your computer before you order. We will not replace any items
due to application incompatibility.
If you need to replace a product, please call us toll free (1-888-RVOUTLET or 1-888-786-8853) and we will provide you with an RMA #. Returns
or replacements must take place within 30 days of the original order. We can only send replacements once we have received the “defective item”. All returns must have an RMA number.
We do not offer refunds for defective items, we only provide replacements for these items.

Payment Methods
RVToyOutlet.com accepts the following forms of payment:
· Visa
· Master Card
· Money Orders and Checks are accepted for mail orders in US funds only
Mail orders paid by money orders and cashier's checks will ship on day of deposit.
Orders paid by personal & company check will ship within 10-15 days of deposit in order to allow
clearance of funds.
International Payment Requirements
A transaction made with an international credit card must be shipped to the billing address of the card.
If an international customer wants to have an order shipped somewhere other than the billing address of the card
the order must be paid for using US funds. The funds must clear with our merchant bank before the order will
be shipped.

Taxes -
Only orders that are shipped to destinations in California are subject to sales tax. Orders shipped to
destinations within Orange County are subject to 7.75% sales tax and orders that are shipped anywhere else
in California are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Typographical Errors -
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error.

Miscellaneous Policies -
All manufacturers warranties apply to the manufacturers. We do not honor special promotions, policies,
rebates, or warranties from manufacturers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All products
available while supplies last. Manufacturers often provide end users with the bonus of a mail-in rebate
after an item is purchased. Often, the rebate is a valuable offer that significantly lowers the net cost
of the product purchased. RVToyOutlet.com is not responsible for any manufacturer's rebate and
RVToyOutlet.com does not pay any manufacturer's rebate. The rebate is a transaction between the
buyer and the manufacturer, and buyer assumes all responsibility for claiming any available rebates
after paying the full purchase price to RVToyOutlet.com. All concerns regarding any manufacturer's
rebate must be communicated between the manufacturer of the product and the customer. No OEM products qualify for rebates.
RVToyOutlet.com assumes no liability regarding manufacturer's rebates
*Service fees of up to 5% may apply for cancelled orders over $500. You must contact a representative the same day your order was placed before 4pm PST and cancel your order
