The cooler is light enough to be driven to a location and then picked up and carried. The cooler can be used for hunting, sporting events, races, camping, golf or even a trip to the grocery store to keep your food cold all the way home. Marine use will be popular for the new cooler allowing you to take your fish/drinks/food/ ice to and from your boat with powered assistance and braking. Simply ride or power your way up and down ramps.

We know there will be dozens of questions about the new coolers, their design, mechanics, warranty and general operational aspects.
You will find that the Cruzin Cooler is an extensive work of engineering with special detail to the structural integrity and a long useful product life.
These are an extremely high quality product. There is literally a team of full time engineers always trying to make your cooler a little better. Over 1000 hours of design and engineering have been devoted to our coolers, including new motor design aspects, advancing this motor technology well beyond existing technology. We spent over 40 hours of design on the rear drive gear alone to make sure that the cooler provides the best most reliable drive characteristics.
All exposed metal is chrome plated or polished aluminum, with stainless steel, zinc plated or aluminum fasteners where possible.
The technology used in the cooler is only recently available with the lightest 2 cycle motors ever made, under 6lbs in total weight.
These same motors can be found on almost all of the 2 cycle products in this size range. This means that these motors have been tested over and over again, assuring consistent reliable operation for years to come.
The Cruzin Cooler is not just a cooler either. There are dozens of accessories and additional models coming soon, including the additional seat and backrest kits.
 Interior
The interior of the coolers is divided into two separate sections, the motor section and the food and beverage section. The model left shows a 33cc gas motor with external pull start. The right food storage area holds a minimum of 24 - 12 oz cans and 8# bag of ice.
 Front Fork
The front end disassembles from the cooler by sliding pushing in on the spring clip and pulling the fork assembly down. The steering column also can be removed with an allen screw located in the retainer ring shown on the left. The handle bar also slides up or down to make driving or pulling easy with a simple cam style lock ring.
All tires are pneumatic which makes the ride much more enjoyable and can easily drive on most any surface, although the cooler is specifically designed for smooth level paved surfaces. The steering shaft and front and rear wheels use ball bearings for long reliable operation. The handles, including brake lever and throttle lever, are removed by pressing in on the brass spring buttons, no tools required.
 Motor Assembly
The motor assembly is directly connected to the axle through a rigid aluminum frame and features adjustable chain drive and a disk brake caliper for the rear drive wheel. This direct connection allows for a very solid motor to drive wheel connection
The motor is internally cooled through a fan and fin system whose hot motor air has been specially designed for our unit to pass the muffler and remove all motor and muffler heat from the motor mixing with the exhaust outside of the cooler.
 Rear Wheels
The rear wheels are specially designed for their narrow profile, to fit into the cooler design, and also for their nice pneumatic ride. The drive gear and disk brake rotor are integrated into a single unit with an external bearing pushed into the disk rotor for a optimal drive characteristics.
Many parts of the cooler are made from lightweight 3033 or 6061 aircraft aluminum for high strength and light weight. Although slightly more expensive, they add a finished look for the polished aluminum parts to the light 38 lb. total dry weight of the new model.
The finished version will have slotted aluminum rims and a spin adjustable gear.
 Frame
The cooler may fool most people by the styrofoam design, however inside the cooler is a network of steel and aluminum. The photo on the right shows the front end steel frame where the front end is bolted to. The foot peg bar is rivited to the front frame to provide an extremely solid body and reliable operation.
Notice that the front steel goes almost to the top rail of the cooler, allowing for a full load transfer directly to the wheels, not the body.
 Stabilizers
The two aluminum exterior wheel supports perform a variety of functions. They take the load of the cooler directly to the axle from the top rim of the cooler. They also provide exterior stability to the rear wheels besides the internal axle supports. They also provide stability from front and rear travel from acceleration and braking. The stabilizers are made from 6061 polished aluminum and help make the entire cooler assembly strong enough to work under testing weights well over 300lbs.
