This item is simply an adapter to use high-pressure air to blow the water out of your camper's water lines. It's much cheaper than using several gallons of the pink stuff and then having to flush it out in the Spring. The only thing to remember is no NOT exceed the plumbing's pressure rating (usually 100psi). I set my compressor's regulator at 80psi and it worked just fine. The only complaint about it is that there is no means to hold the pressure chuck to the plug. I used a locking chuck but the blowout plug has no threads and left nothing for it to grip onto, so I had to stand there holding it and go back into the camper to open the faucets one at a time to make sure I got all the lines blown out.
