Generally this is a great idea. The pole is a little flimsy and the gold ball that goes on top of the pole is very delicate (thin tin). The system is very easy to mount on the motorhome ladder and adjusts very well. It is extremely easy to mount the pole into the holders on the ladder thus flying your flag. I no longer have to climb onto the ladder to mount my homemade flagpole.15 seconds verses 5 minutes.
